These terms govern access to Agentic Posting, including its website, account page, API, agent skill, connected-account flow, media upload, browser review, and publishing features. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Who may use the service
You must be legally able to enter these terms and permitted to use TikTok. The service is intended for independent creators and organizations publishing their own original or properly licensed content. It is not intended as a private uploader only for accounts owned or managed by the service operator.
Your content and account
- You retain your rights in content you upload.
- You must own the content or have all permission needed to upload and publish it.
- You are responsible for reviewing the caption, visibility, interaction, AI-generated-content status, and commercial-disclosure settings submitted to TikTok.
- You must keep account and API credentials confidential, scope agent access appropriately, rotate exposed keys, and disconnect the account if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may not use Agentic Posting to copy arbitrary material from other platforms, remove another creator’s watermark, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, deceive users, spam, evade platform limits, introduce malicious content, or violate TikTok’s terms, community rules, branded-content requirements, or music-use requirements.
Creator confirmation
A draft initialization may be sent to TikTok for completion in TikTok. A Direct Post requires an expiring publish intent and an explicit confirmation of the immutable media, text, visibility, interaction, music, cover, and disclosure summary for a recognizable TikTok creator. Browser confirmation requires both the intent-scoped review token and a current Clerk session for a member of the same workspace; the token alone cannot confirm. A reusable API key, saved setting, or agent's original instruction is not continuing consent for later posts. You must not bypass, automate, or misrepresent the required creator confirmation.
Subscription and usage
Creator 300 is $8 per month for one TikTok account and up to 300 TikTok-accepted draft or Direct Post initializations per Polar billing period. An initialization counts only after TikTok accepts it. Uploads, prepared intents, validation failures, and idempotent retries do not count. An unresolved provider attempt reserves capacity without being counted as accepted usage until durable provider or operator evidence resolves it; there is no customer-controlled release or automatic expiry. Unused requests do not roll over, and TikTok may enforce separate limits.
The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Checkout, receipts, taxes, payment-method changes, cancellation, and renewal controls are provided through Polar's hosted checkout and customer portal; Agentic Posting does not provide a parallel billing-admin system. A scheduled cancellation retains access only through the future paid period end shown by Polar. Access ends earlier if Polar reports that the subscription has ended, is revoked, is past due, or otherwise no longer entitled. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already charged are not refundable.
Third-party services
The service depends on Cloudflare infrastructure, Clerk authentication, Polar billing, TikTok authorization and publishing APIs, and Google Fonts for public-site typography. Those are separate services governed by their own terms. Agentic Posting is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok. Provider changes, moderation, rate limits, or outages may affect access or posting.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable focused service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every post will be accepted or made visible. We may change or suspend features to protect users, comply with law, address security concerns, or follow platform requirements.
Termination
You may stop using the service, cancel through Polar, and request TikTok disconnection at any time. Local authorization is deleted after TikTok confirms revocation; a temporary revocation failure may require you to retry. We may restrict access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. Applicable TikTok data will be deleted when required by termination or platform rules.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” Agentic Posting is not responsible for TikTok moderation decisions, platform outages, lost audience reach, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
